Director / Affiliate Management

AdMobix’s Affiliate network has evolved to become one of the fastest growing networks in the industry, and was recently rated sone of the top 20 networks according to mthink BlueBook.

The network consists of AdCommunal.net (cost-per-action ad network for US, UK and European advertisers and publishers), AdCanadian.com (cost-per-action ad network for Canadian advertisers and publishers), AdIndian.com (cost-per-action ad network for Indian advertisers and publishers), and our recently launched adMobix.com (cost-per-action ad network for Mobile devices).

We are now hiring for a Director of Affiliate Management. The ideal candidate would be one who has experience and a proven track record of Managing Affiliates, as well as capabilities of managing a team.

The Director of Affiliate Management will be charged with overseeing and managing all CPA affiliate activity for the AdMobix affiliate network. The core functions would be, but not limited to:

Team Development: Manage a team of Affiliate Managers, responsible for their performance, coaching/training, and alignment with the evolving needs of the affiliate team.

Goal Setting: Set goals, track progress and create accountability, as well as lead team meetings and team building activities. Drive team towards revenue goals as well as new affiliate launch and re-activation activities.

Account Reviews and Site Visits: Define strategy for account reviews in terms of content and frequency of visits based upon activity levels of affiliates.

Account Re-Activation: The network has hundreds of inactive affiliates, many of which have high potential to generate a high degree of revenue. This role will require strong networking and marketing coordination to re-engage these affiliates within the network.

Active Affiliate Managment: Sourcing and managing key affiliates and servicing them to drive revenue to the company.

There are several key measurements of success the candidate will use to benchmark growth including:

Growing overall revenues quarter over quarter

Growing existing share of affiliate revenue

Ramping new affiliate revenue

Focus new affiliate acquisition efforts on targeted traffic channels

Develop and retain top team talent

Hire new top affiliate manager(s)

Job Description

Job Functions (Training will be provided)

• Conduct online research
• Collect market information - will include contacting clients by telephone, email, and Instant Messaging
• Handle correspondence and organize conference calls between customers and partners
• Assist with coordinating sales events and other related activities
• Provide information to prospective clients
